HOW TO BOOK CASAMIA
To immediately check the availability of the house on the dates you are interested in, we refer you directly to the Airbnb website. (CLICK HERE!)
To book then you can write me an email at sara@casamia-valsolda.it with the requested dates and number of guests and I will send you all the details!
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
The minimum stay is 3 nights and the maximum is 29 nights. If you have special requirements please contact me and we will see if we can find a solution.
The daily price varies depending on the number of guests
Final cleaning costs €.90,00
The house is delivered clean with bed linen and a set of towels for each guest

Rules and home manual
Check-in from 2.00 pm to 4:00 pm
I am available to receive you also at other times as long as you let me know a couple of days before. The day of your arrival, I ask you the kindness to inform me one hour before by mail, sms or WhatsApp if you are on time or not.
The tenant and all member of his group must provide at check-in a copy of a valid identity document or passport, including children and infants, for registration at local authorities.
The tenant also must pay, at check-in, through the owner/landlord the tourist tax provided by the municipality of Valsolda which is equal to € 1.00 per person per day.
Check-out by 10 am
The property must be vacated by 10 am to allow the housekeeper to clean and getting the house ready for the new guest.
If you want to leave the accommodation later or need to leave your luggage, we can find a solution but you still have to allow the servicewoman to enter the house.
BEHAVIORAL POLICIES AND USEFUL INFORMATION
- Expenses related to the provision of services, such as: light; water; gas; Final cleaning expenses are all included in the agreed price except for the tourist tax as mentioned.
- The tenant and his group cannot host extra people over those established by the booking, unless a new agreement with the owner, under penalty of termination of the contract law.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- It is forbidden to organize parties or events.
There are no other particular rules to respect, except those of normal civil life and education, I expect you to behave at CASAMIA as well as at your home, bearing in mind that it is an environment oriented towards holidays of relaxation, peace and tranquility

- Please do not leave waste in the house, especially the damp: find the rubbish bins along the road before arriving at the house.
- Do not switch on the dishwasher and oven at the same time (or at least two appliances at the same time): the power goes out!
If the power goes out, call. In any case, there are two switchboards: one in the kitchen and one in the entrance hall. - Do not throw waste in the toilets.
- Do not throw the coffee grounds into the kitchen sink but in the wet.
- In the home, there is heating and independently adjustable thermostats. However, it should be noted that for energy saving and environmental reasons, the region of Lombardy has established that heating can be turned on from 15 October to 15 May.
